Clear rights.
Responsible use.
The framework for using AT STUDIO: the First Party’s rights, user responsibilities, and rules for content and updates.
Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance where legally valid. Review these terms periodically.
The parties and scope
First Party: the operator of the independent project known as AT STUDIO, referred to in these terms as the “First Party” or “AT STUDIO”. The project is not incorporated as a company; this designation does not give it the legal personality of a registered company.
Second Party: any visitor or user of the site's accounts, games, tools, downloads or comment areas, referred to as the “user”, “you” or the “Second Party”.
These terms govern atstudio.online and its services. The official contact for rights, support and complaints is info@atstudio.online. The privacy policy supplements these terms; product-specific licenses and terms also apply.
Acceptance and updates
Using the services after these terms have been made available for review constitutes the Second Party's acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law. You are responsible for reviewing the terms and privacy policy periodically. A new signature or acceptance button is not required for every routine update.
The First Party may amend the terms to develop or change services, address misuse, or respond to operational, security or legal requirements. The revised version is published here with Hijri and Gregorian dates and takes effect on publication unless a later date or a legally required notice period applies.
Continuing to use the services after an update takes effect and after notice of material changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms where legally valid. If you disagree, stop using the affected service; you may request account closure. Updates do not remove rights that accrued before they took effect.
This process does not replace express or separate consent required by law. Reading the privacy policy or remaining silent does not constitute consent to data processing that requires separate consent.
Accounts and user responsibilities
You must provide accurate information where required, protect your sign-in details, avoid sharing your account or using another person's account without authority, and report unauthorized access. You are responsible for your actions and account use within your control.
The First Party may request proportionate verification where there is a reasonable ownership or security concern, or reject a name that impersonates someone or infringes rights. You will not be asked to send passwords. Creating an account does not guarantee access to every feature or additional permissions.
If you lack legal capacity to agree to the terms or consent to data processing, appropriate parental supervision or consent is required to the extent prescribed by law. External sign-in services apply their own terms and age requirements.
Acceptable use and comments
- Fraud, impersonation, threats, harassment, unlawful content and unauthorized disclosure of others' personal data or secrets are prohibited.
- Do not bypass permissions, security or technical limits, overload services, distribute malware, or collect member data without authorization or a lawful basis.
- Do not manipulate game results or community systems, or use tools to infringe rights or conceal unlawful activity.
- Obtain authorization before testing the site's security. Send reports privately with a safe description that excludes users' data.
The First Party may review, restrict or remove content for a reasonable cause, including a breach of these terms or infringement of rights. Comments express their authors' views; criticism and disagreement are welcome when they follow the rules. Publication or permanent retention of every contribution is not guaranteed.
AT STUDIO rights and permission to use
Rights in the AT STUDIO name, logo, design, original content, assets and software belong to the First Party or the relevant rights holders and licensors, as applicable. All rights not expressly granted remain reserved. Making an asset available to view or download does not transfer ownership to the Second Party.
The First Party grants limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable permission to use the site's services for their lawful intended purposes while you comply with these terms. This permission may be restricted or terminated for a breach under the service-management provisions.
Do not copy, resell or redistribute protected project assets, remove rights notices, or use the name or logo to imply a partnership or official endorsement, unless permission or an applicable license allows it. These terms do not prevent uses or quotations permitted by law, or restrict rights granted by an open-source or product-specific license.
User content and permission to display it
You retain ownership of your content and confirm that you have the rights or permissions needed to publish it. You grant the First Party a non-exclusive, royalty-free license, limited to providing the service, to host, technically reproduce, display, format, review and manage that content in accordance with publication and privacy settings.
These operations may be carried out through providers used to operate the site, without giving them an independent right to exploit the content. The license does not permit selling user content or using it in a separate advertisement without further permission. Active display ends when content is deleted, subject to limited backups and legally justified retention.
You are responsible for unlawful content you submit to the extent provided by law. You may request a review of action affecting your content through the official contact email.
Games, tools and downloads
The license supplied with each program, library or file governs its use, modification and distribution and prevails in a conflict concerning those rights. Availability does not grant rights in third-party assets outside that license.
You must check compatibility and permissions, keep backups and test tools before using them in an important production environment. You are responsible for your website configuration, service credentials and input content. Link-blocking tools assist with their described purpose; they do not guarantee detection of every link or prevention of every disclosure.
The First Party does not guarantee game results, rankings, earnings or compatibility with every system. You may use your outputs according to your rights in the content and applicable licenses. Any future paid service will have its price and payment, cancellation and refund terms disclosed before purchase.
External services
Some features connect to providers such as Google and Discord or to external forms and media. Those services are governed by their providers' terms and policies. A link or integration is not a guarantee of their content or continued availability.
To the extent permitted by law, the First Party is not responsible for third-party failures, changed terms or decisions outside its control. This does not remove its duties relating to its own choices, conduct or data processing.
Service management and access restrictions
The First Party may organize, develop, update and maintain services, change usage limits or features, or discontinue them for reasonable operational, commercial or security reasons, with appropriate notice of material changes where possible. Using a free feature does not create a right to its permanent availability or unchanged operation.
An account, content or access may be suspended or restricted for a breach, reasonably suspected misuse, a security risk or a legal requirement. Immediate action without prior notice may be necessary to protect the site or others; reasons and a review route are provided when law and security allow.
Measures must be proportionate and do not remove mandatory rights or established entitlements. You may stop using the service, request account closure, or make a data request under the privacy policy.
Warranties and limits of liability
Free and experimental features are provided as available and in their current condition to the extent permitted by law. The First Party does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free results or suitability for a particular purpose that has not been agreed.
Where legally permitted, the First Party is not liable for lost profits or opportunities, indirect losses or losses not reasonably foreseeable that result from your misuse, unauthorized modifications or circumstances outside the First Party's control. Each party must take reasonable steps to mitigate loss.
This provision does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or liability for fraud or gross negligence where exclusion is prohibited. Mandatory consumer and data-protection rights remain unaffected. Liability depends on causation, evidence and applicable law, not a unilateral declaration.
Enforcement and claims for compensation
The First Party may lawfully preserve necessary evidence, stop a violation or seek removal of infringing content, report matters to competent authorities where appropriate, and pursue lawful remedies to protect the project, its users or rights holders.
If your proven breach or infringement causes direct loss to the First Party or a valid third-party claim, the First Party may seek compensation for actual loss and reasonable costs recoverable by law, to the extent attributable to your conduct and established by a lawful agreement or competent authority. This does not impose an automatic penalty or compensation for the First Party's own fault.
A delay in exercising a right does not by itself waive that right. A specific waiver does not automatically extend to later breaches, subject to legal time limits and restrictions.
Contact, applicable law and both languages
Send complaints and rights reports, including the page link and an explanation, to info@atstudio.online. The First Party reviews requests in good faith. Seeking an informal resolution does not prevent either party from approaching a competent authority.
Mandatory applicable law governs without imposing a jurisdiction that removes mandatory protections. If a provision cannot be enforced, the rest remain effective as far as legally permitted, and the provision is interpreted to preserve its lawful purpose without exceeding the law.
The Arabic and English versions are intended to have the same meaning. If wording differs, the Arabic text is used to clarify the intended meaning to the extent permitted by law. Translation differences must not be used to remove mandatory rights or create an obligation that was not clearly disclosed to the user.
